Through AWR's Dashboard functionality, you can create custom reporting views that fit your unique needs. Whether you want to track key metrics, keep an eye on SEO progress, or organize your ranking data, this dynamic reporting feature lets you :

  • Craft eye-catching dashboards highlighting the metrics that matter most to you presented just how you prefer.

  • Add, move, and resize widgets to create the perfect layout with a simple drag-and-drop action.

  • Effortlessly share your dashboards with your team to ensure everyone stays informed and aligned.

New dashboards can be easily created and managed in the Reporting > Dashboards and Reporting > Management sections. You have three methods for creating a new dashboard:

  1. Use a predefined template to save time.

  2. Start from scratch to build a report tailored to your requirements.

  3. Copy an existing dashboard and modify it to meet your needs.

1. Use a predefined template

This is the most straightforward method! After clicking the +New Dashboard button, the wizard will show a selection of templates for you to choose from:

Each of them is designed to highlight specific aspects of your SEO strategy. The Monthly SEO Performance template provides an overview of your website’s key metrics, trends, and progress, while the Position Tracking Report allows you to monitor keyword rankings and assess your competitive position in search results.

2. Start from scratch

If you prefer a different set of widgets and design elements than those provided in the templates, you can easily create a new dashboard from scratch.

By choosing this option, AWR will open the Dashboard Builder, allowing you to customize your report to your exact needs.

You can personalize the report by adding a cover page or a description, your company logo, or uploading any images you want.

Then, with a simple drag-and-drop action, you can build the report by adding tables, charts, or KPI widgets that provide valuable insights tailored to your objectives, ensuring your report is both informative and visually appealing.

3. Duplicate an existing dashboard

You can easily copy and edit a dashboard by heading to the Reporting > Management section. Then, select the dashboard you want to copy and click the Duplicate button.

The duplicated dashboard is automatically added to the:

Once your adjustments are complete, you can Preview the report. If it looks just right, click Save to apply the changes.

Before saving the dashboard, you can select which projects it will apply to. You have the flexibility to create the dashboard for a single project, multiple projects, or all projects in your account. This allows you to tailor the reporting to the specific needs of different clients or campaigns.

After selecting the desired project(s), you can either Save your changes and keep editing your dashboard, or choose Save and Exit to save it and return to the Dashboards section.
