The AWR Chatbot has an in-depth understanding of our documentation and product pages, enabling it to process your queries using AI and deliver direct answers to your questions and provide relevant articles for further guidance.

Beyond answering queries, the Chatbot can help you create support tickets, schedule demos with our team, and offer tips and best practices to ensure you get the most out of Advanced Web Ranking’s features.

How to Access the Chatbot

To use the AWR Chatbot, simply log in to your AWR account and click the Chatbot icon. The icon is accessible from all sections of the platform, making it easy to get assistance anytime.

Then, you can type your question directly to receive an answer. Alternatively, you can start the conversation by selecting one of the predefined options, such as learning about AWR subscriptions and understanding the keyword units system, exploring features, or reporting an issue.

You’ll receive a prompt response with relevant information and helpful resources. If you have additional questions, simply continue the conversation.

Additionally, all your chats are stored in the chat history, making it easy to access and review them whenever needed.

Feature availability

The AWR Chatbot is available to account owners and administrators on all AWR subscription plans, including during the trial period.

It’s important to note that the chatbot operates with a daily token allocation. Once this limit is reached, new queries cannot be processed until the token count resets the following day.
