What is the AWR Chatbot?

The AWR Chatbot is an AI-powered assistant designed to provide instant support and guidance to Advanced Web Ranking users. Integrated directly into the AWR platform, it offers 24/7 assistance by answering questions, sharing relevant documentation, and providing tips for making the most of AWR’s features.

Whether you need help managing your subscription, setting up a feature, or troubleshooting an issue, the chatbot delivers clear and accurate responses. It can also help you create support tickets or schedule demos.

How do you access the AWR Chatbot?

To use the AWR Chatbot, log in to your Advanced Web Ranking account. You’ll find the Chatbot icon accessible across all sections of the platform. Simply click the icon to open the chatbot interface, where you can type your questions or explore predefined options.

If you choose this option, the chatbot provides information about monitoring keyword unit consumption, managing subscription upgrades, and pausing your subscription. It also offers links to detailed resources in the Help Center for further details.

How to use one of the available features

The "How to use one of the available features" option allows you to input the specific feature you'd like to learn more about. The chatbot will provide a brief overview of how the feature works and how to use it. It will also offer links to related resources from the documentation for more detailed instructions.

Report an issue

Selecting the "Report an issue" option allows you to describe the problem you're encountering. The chatbot will forward the details you shared with our customer support team, who will review them and get back to you as soon as possible.

If none of the predefined options address your needs, you can type your question directly into the text box. The chatbot will provide a prompt response with relevant information and useful resources. For further clarification or additional inquiries, you can continue the conversation.

Create new chat

To start a new conversation after completing an existing inquiry, simply click the “+New Chat” button.

Chats history

All your conversations with the chatbot are saved in the chat history, allowing you to access and review them at any time.

You also have the option to rename chats for easier identification or delete those that are no longer needed.

Contacting AWR support team

If the chatbot doesn’t provide the information you need or if you prefer direct assistance, simply click the "AWR Support Team" button to reach out directly to our customer support team.

Feature availability

The AWR Chatbot is available to account owners and administrators on all AWR subscription plans, including trial accounts.

Please note that the chatbot operates with a daily token allocation. Once the daily limit is reached, you won’t be able to submit new queries until the token count resets the following day.
