The history of invoices can be accessed straight while logged in to the AWR app account, using the Subscription section, or by navigating to the upper right corner menu -> Upgrade.
If this section is not visible in your AWR account, you are most likely not the main account owner, therefore you can:
Contact the AWR account owner for subscription and billing management information
Reach out to our Support team for further guidance
You can also reach out to us at email@example.com to receive a copy of the invoice.
If you are using an AWR Cloud native subscription, make sure you are accessing your account while logged in via the following panel: https://www.awrcloud.com/login.php, then navigate to the Invoices section.
