Sometimes, keywords with special characters imported from csv are not displayed correctly in AWR. This usually happens when the source file is not UTF-8 encoded (e.g. you added the terms and saved the file from Microsoft Excel, which may be using a different default encoding).

To resolve the issue, you can use one of the following options:

  • change the encoding in the text editor you are using when saving the file;

  • import your csv file to Google Sheets, and then download it again to your computer by using Download as:  comma-separated values (.csv, current sheet).

Once the file is saved correctly, you can proceed with importing again the keywords with special characters in AWR.
