This update brings significant enhancements related to SERP Features analysis, now accessible through our Ranking > Keywords report. These enhancements aim to provide users with deeper insights and better analysis options, enabling more effective optimization of keyword strategies.
1. Introduction of a new KPI option: filtering by SERP Features by category
We've introduced a new KPI option that allows users to filter SERP Features by category. This enhancement provides categorization under three main segments:
Google SERP Features: Presents the amount of Universal SERP Features opportunities vs. achievements for the selected keyword set and search engine. The Universal segment includes features like Local Packs, Top Stories, Videos, and more.
Organic SERP Features: Highlights the Organic SERP Features opportunities vs. achievements for the selected keyword set and search engine. The Organic segment encompasses features like Reviews, FAQs, Indented URLs, etc.)
Ads: Focuses on the amount of sponsored results opportunities vs. achievements for the selected keyword set and search engine.
2. Introduction of a new column: SERP Features Changes
Now available within the ranking table, the newly incorporated SERP Features Changes column showcases the URLs (together with their corresponding ranking positions) that have gained or lost a particular SERP Feature. This addition simplifies the tracking of SERP Features alterations between the two selected update dates.
3. SERP Features Count
In both the SERP Features and the SERP Features Changes columns, the count of similar features owned, gained, or lost by the selected website is now displayed. This count offers a quick overview of the occurrences and changes of features across the two update dates selected, enabling faster insights into a website's performance on the search engine results pages.
